what in the hell happened To Hip-Hop?





it seems today in this era that anyone gets a free pass into the music industry these days and its a shame
you got hot elite rappers who are not selling the same pojected sells that they knocked out a couple years back
now an artist can barely crack the 500,000 mark.
the record lables i mean come on you sign artists to your label because you believe in them and u want to see them
succeed and bring in money but how can they say that wen they not even supporting their artists
by limiting what dey can say on a record...
no promotion behind the record whatsoever and its also sad that they have sunk to a low level..
so low dat that the record labels themselves go out and buy their artists own records to make it seem to the
general public that there so called superstar is selling and doing numbers...
spending all that money knowing dam well their not gonna get the same amount back..
spending more equals ure gonna get back less so they are basically digging a grave for everyone
on those labels.
Def Jam is known for doing this threw the years and its sad..you also got interscope
tried to destroy their top earning hip-hop Artists 50 Cent/G-Unit.

they have brought that company atleast over 50 Million or more shiit thay made interscope hot..they were interscope.
Record labels Arent What they Used to be and thats why u got artists making better decisions with lables..
its not about the majors anymore..its all about the IndePendent lables now..they are generating more money 
and the artist has more freedom then ever...they can say what they wanna without them 
saying oh we cant clear that record because of this/that.


u also got artists doing freestyle battles on tape and shit...
its suppose to be a art u know having fun with what you do but then now & days u see on worldstarhiphop.com..
u see artists battle rappin each other & the next thing you know...
you see a fight brake out because of what the artist has said...really?
these arent the type of rappers u need in the industry thats one of the reason why hiphop aint da same anymore
....like i said before...i can only Sit And Wonder....
